My favorite tip from Bruno Barbey in The Guardian: "I always discourage people from being full-time photographers if they have other ways of making money. If you really want to do personal work you may be better off doing it as a hobby." https://www.theguardian.com/artanddesign/2014/aug/21/bruno-barbey-best-photograph-paris-1968-protests
I am business traveler for 35+ years. I never stay too long in one place. Often my photography ls a blitz chess party – passing by, catching a glimpse and no chance to correct anything. I rarely can wait for better light, better composition or a better chance.
In 2018 and 2019 I was a finalist of Siena International Photo Awards.
In 2019, I won four Honorable Mentions Awards:
1) ND 2019, Category: Architecture, Cityscapes. Non-Professional Winners
2) ND 2019, Category: Architecture, Bridges, Non-Professional Winners:
3) ND 2019, Category: Portraits. Non-Professional Winners
4) ND 2019, Category: Photojournalism, Story. Non-Professional Winners
