Originally a self-taught photographer, who also undertook a Foundation Art & Design diploma going onto recently complete an MA in Art, Media & Design, at UWE (the University of The West of England), where both photography and printmaking were undertaken, I discovered a love of collaboration from photographing artists and their work/performances. This then led to collaborating with and encouraging others to use photography to unlock and express their voices as well as an increasing love of accomplishing documentary photography.
Collaborating with other artists and people is greatly enjoyed and previous experience has been gained in specialised documentary photography of museum collections, general documentary photography, portraiture, fashion, landscape, art, event and nightclub photography alongside a great wish to undertake editorial photography and also photography that helps and empowers others speaking to the viewer visually documenting the world whilst revealing the curiosity and complexity in the world and perhaps causing the viewer to change their perceptions of people and situations. If anyone wishes to collaborate photographically or artistically then please get in touch, whilst also being aware of a willingness to model for others as well as being available to work as a photographer on a freelance or as a staff photographer.
Photographic artwork has also been exhibited in Swansea's Glynn Vivian Art Gallery as part of the Swansea Open two years running, 'The White Room', local Oxfam shop and at Walcot Chapel in Bath collaborating with Swansea artists
