Yasu Sekimori was born in 1948. He graduated from Nihon University in Japan in Electronics with an MSc degree. He has been working as a freelance translator for forty years.
Yasu started photography when he was about 11 years old with his father who was a photography enthusiast, delevoping B&W films at home for several years. He regained his interest in photography when he bought a DSLR in 2012 and has been shooting streets and scenes that depict aspects of humanity that he encounters in everyday life.
