In the fifth edition of T3 Photo Festival Tokyo, visitors are invited to explore various neighborhoods while enjoying photographic exhibitions, lectures and workshops throughout the city.
Co-curated by the festival founder, Ihiro Hayami, and Paris-based curator, editor and writer Marc Feustel, this year’s edition features iconic work by artists making work in the 1970s Japan, as well as contemporary works by Japanese, American, European and other international artists.
The festival is meant to be a platform for artists, local residents, and businesses to intersect, and a place where new expressions, interpretations of urban space, diversity and tolerance are created. Bringing diverse projects together under the umbrella theme “Link Up!,” T3 celebrates parallels that exist alongside one another and connects people, space and time in innovative ways.
T3 Photo Festival Tokyo is a great opportunity to get inspired, make connections, and discover new ideas in photography. The festival runs through October 29, 2023. You can find more details about the work on show at the festival’s website.
