Clara Cowan is a fine art photographer and teacher based in North London. Working in both digital and analogue, she has always been fascinated with exploring the specificity of photographic language, the medium’s relationship with the truth as well as it’s connection to the history of art. She has most recently delved into the world of visual narratives, parallels, storytelling and the sequencing of images to reflect on existential and universal questions in relation to primitive anxiety.
