Alejandra Rocabado Koya is a Bolivian photographer, she was born 1987. After studying Arts at UMSA (Universidad Mayor de San Andres)with mention in graphic design, then she fully devotes herself to photography. Alejandra participated in many local contests and also won different awards like the first place in the anual contest of photography Fredy Alborta in La Paz. She took part of many activities related to the field of photography: “El valor del momento” by Miguel Angel Larrea and Sally Stapleton (workshop), portfolio review by Nick Danziger. Her professional career began as a photo journalist at the newspaper “La prensa” (2011-2013), actually she works a the newspaper “La Razon” (2013-2015), also she is member of the photographic collective “Sin Motivo”
