Alexander Schmitz is a German photographer. After completing an apprenticeship in product photography, he worked as a photographer specialised in automotive advertising. Later he studied Media Management, worked as an PR consultant, and is now an executive assistant. His photography changed from commissioned work to free personal, artistic and documentary projects. Nowadays he is an observer, a Flâneur with a camera who has a closer look at his surroundings and their details.
