Alfredo Esparza Cárdenas (México, 1980)
MA in Humanistic Studies with a specialization in History by the UV of ITESM (México, 2008). He is graduated from the Contemporary Photography Seminary of Centro de la Imagen (México, 2012). He has solo and group shows in Argentina, Colombia, Iceland, USA, UK, Spain and México. Winner of the VII edition of AI-AP Latin America Photography (New York, Usa, 2018). Winner of the “Arte Resiliente" incentive, granted by the Secretary of Culture of Coahuila (Saltillo, México, 2020). Official Selection for the XVIII Photography Biennale of Centro de la Imagen (México City, México, 2018). Honorable mention at the contest Visible Memory (Medellín, Colombia, 2018). Special price at the Third Contemporary Photography Contest (Monterrey, México, 2018). His work is part of the collection of the Inter-American Development Bank (New York, USA), el Museo de la Cancillería (México City, México), and the Museum of Graphic Arts of Saltillo (Saltillo, México).
