Ann Pallesen received her BFA from Colorado State University in Ft. Collins in 1993. She has continued her studies through Photo Center NW – where she honed her skills in lith printing by master printers, including Tim Rudman. She has exhibited her work nationally and is included in several private collections. She is based in Seattle, WA.
Ann has served as the Gallery Director of the Photographic Center NW, a position she has held since 1996. She has created over 250 exhibitions with emerging and renowned artists. She has coordinated dozens of lectures with visiting artists and curators, and regularly appears at portfolio review events around the country. Ann has served as a juror for several exhibitions and competitions outside of Photo Center NW. She offers independent consultation to photographers who are editing their work and preparing for exhibitions.
