I am a visual practitioner based in Bangladesh. My work explores space, interdependency, and the ways communities with different social and cultural backgrounds connect and coexist. Working across photography, moving image, archival materials, and alternative prints, I engage with lived experience and collective memory as evolving forms of storytelling.
I have participated in several national and international workshops that have shaped my collaborative approach, including "Beyond the Gaze" at the Kiran Nadar Museum of Art, supported by Photo South Asia, with work exhibited in partnership with Alliance Française de Dhaka. I was part of “Creative Practice as Civil Action," a collaboration between RMIT University and Pathshala, focusing on public exhibitions and how artists, researchers, and curators could collectively work with subjects in communities. Attended the International Storytelling Workshop in Nepal, focused on cross-border documentary narratives, supported by OsloMet University. Exhibited in Where the Spirit Meets the Bone at Satori Academy of Arts as part of the Art Exchange: Moving Image workshop supported by the British Council.
