I prepared a long and detailed text about these photos. Full of quotes from books and a deep, profound analysis.

I deleted it 5 seconds ago.

The fact is that here, in the middle of the night, spending time with my photos, I realized clearly that they are a story consisting of questions about the reality and flow of time.

My photos are trying to rise from the cracks of time through the relationship with the past and the present. Myths and traditions are mixed with the present. Faith, blood and tears are made by ancestral recalls. There is an ancient bond written in our faces.

They are a whisper from Sicily: where everything needs to change, so that everything can stay the same.
