We first discovered this work after it was submitted to the Visual Storytelling Awards 2014. Although it was not chosen as a finalist by the jury, the editors of LensCulture were impressed and decided to publish this feature article about it. Enjoy!

Focused on the process of growing up and the difficulties it entails, this series looks closely at the uncertainties about truth, and the realization that fairy tales no longer exist. I look at my children who struggle with this period of their lives, and my own role within it.

Don’t mind being left at light.

It’s the anniversary of Saint Michaël. It’s chilly.

We can not ignore difficult things, rather confront, defeat.

The dragon is within ourselves. This dragon keeps man from being a truly spiritual being.

He wants to tarnish the soul of man, the mind and body.
