Edward Sheriff Curtis: Visions of a Vanishing Race

A selection of over 175 of Edward Curtis' greatest photographs of Native Americans, from the deserts of the Southwest to the ice floes of the Arctic. These photographs have been culled from the enormous body of work Curtis produced by his daughter, Florence, who also provides a detailed biography of Curtis' life and work. This is an important and moving document of cultures that no longer exist today.
