Faces of Myanmar

Myanmar is not only interesting for its temples and beautiful landscapes, it’s mostly the people that make the country so very unique. My photobook “Faces of Myanmar shows fifty portraits of men, women and children I met in Myanmar or Burma. I took these portraits right on the spot where I encountered someone, in the street or on a market, in temples, trains ,ferries,shops and many other locations. The environment is very much a part of the photo's and contributes to the very local atmosphere.
