The Revolution Is Female is a large format hardcover photography book by New York City photographer Kristen Blush. The book includes three years of documentary photography (2016-2018) as Blush captured Hillary Clinton’s historic presidential campaign and the rise of the contemporary feminist movement.

The Revolution Is Female debuted in Brooklyn in December of 2017 as a 16-piece photography show. Hillary Clinton tweeted about the project in 2018, gaining it the exposure needed to fulfill 800 pre-orders of the hard cover edition.
