Stereoscopes: The First One Hundred Years

The only currently available history of the stereoviewer, Stereoscopes is a fascinating visual anthology of the devices, plans, and plates from the early days of three dimensional imaging. Paul Wing has spent years collecting and researching to produce this extensive, and perhaps exhaustive, survey. The illustrations are fine, as is the writing and the information. This book should be of use to the collector, hobbyist, and historical audiences too.
