Brett Ray South was born in Denver, Colorado in 1971 and currently lives in Bountiful, Utah. His art is inspired by the diversity of light, color, and texture of the natural world in which we live. South has a PhD in Biomedical Informatics practicing science as a profession and art as his true passions. He takes time for family, friends, world travel, and capturing images of the limitless beauty that constantly surrounds us.
