The word Self-Taught comes to mind when thinking about myself. This applies to my work in photography. I shoot almost primarily on film and want to use my work in photography to connect with and have genuine interactions with all walks of life and to help make a change and shine a light on the fringe parts of our world. Having grown up in Portland, OR I have come across many of these opportunities and I will continue to pursue them.
