Chinmoy is an amateur photographer, art enthusiast, climate activist and undergrad Civil Engg. student at Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology(BUET). He was born and grew up in a remote area very close to the world's largest mangrove forest, Sunderbans. Living a life close to nature and devoid of urban turmoil, he managed to keep his mind satisfied by appreciating life and nature. Being a novice in the art world, he found photography as the only companion to satisfy his artistic desire. In his short journey of 2 years in photography, Chinmoy was shortlisted in Bartur Photo Award 2021 and won some regional photography contests.
