Christian Anderson is an photographer, artist and lecturer based in London and Hertfordshire area. After graduating from the London College of Communication in 2011, receiving a BA (hons) in Photography, he spent several years working as a studio and photographers assistant and freelancing, producing commercial based work. He is now a lecturer in Photography, Fine Art and Art and Design at the City of Westminster College. His work explores themes surrounding faith, religion, race, culture, identity and relationships. How we relate to one another, how we see ourselves as people and how we fit into society. He thoroughly enjoys working with and reading people, picking up on their emotions and their subtle human responses. Using portraiture, documentary, street photography, landscape and still life with fine art elements to represent the ideas considered. Documenting and telling peoples stories whilst threading together our similarities and differences in order to find a common ground.
