Christian Skalnik, born in 1963, worked in various journalistic genres for almost 30 years before finding another means of expression with his camera. He organized photo competitions, worked as an exhibition curator and teaches at the Prague Photo School in Linz. After his beginnings in street photography, today he mainly focuses on portrait, nude and advertising photography.
