Daphne Lucker (1994, Groningen, The Netherlands) is an Amsterdam based director and photographer. She graduated from the Netherlands Film Academy with the short film SISTERS.
From 2018 until recently she studied at the Academy for Photography in Amsterdam developing her visual style as a photographer.
Daphne's work has a poetic, theatrical and physical emphasis. Her stories often take place within the family circle where she searches for visually interesting ways to externalize the inner struggles of her characters.
