David Miller was born and raised in small town in rural Pennsylvania. After from high school in 1993, he spent time attending college in upstate New York. It was during this time where he learned to appreciate the beauty of nature in the Adirondack Mountains. After college, he worked various jobs before joining the U.S. Navy in 1999. While in the Navy, David was stationed in Italy, Virginia, Nevada, and California. He contributed to numerous construction projects globally in both peacetime and in the fight against global terrorism. Today, David enjoys spending time with his family, traveling around and hiking in the wilderness with his cameras. He is a graduate from the Academy of Art University and received his BFA in Photography December 2018. As of January of 2019, David retired from the U.S. Navy with 20 years of honorable service. David currently works as an Engineering Technician at TInker Air Force Base, Oklahoma City, OK.
