Davide Greco (Turin, 1982) is an Italian documentary photographer. Since 2015 he has been working as a freelance on editorial projects and corporate services. His personal works deal with the theme of the construction of the identity of people and places, in relation to cultural and geographical transformations. The interest in issues of identity reflects his professional career: before becoming a photographer, in 2009, he graduated in Aerospace Engineering at the Polytechnic of Turin and from 2010 to 2014 he lived between Brussels, Turin and Geneva, working mainly in academia. Back in Italy he devotes himself completely to photography. In 2015 he attended the photojournalism school Luz Academy of the LuzPhoto agency. In 2018, he was selected for the exhibition BYOPaper! at Les Rencontres d'Arles. In 2019, he won an artist residency at Beauvais of the project ERA that brings together three European festivals, Les Photaumnales in France, Photolux in Italy and Kaunas Photo in Lithuania.
