I've been taking photographs for almost fifty years starting with a 35mm SLR in the 70's and gradually moving up to a 5x7 view camera. My approach to photography is that almost anything is a viable subject for a photograph depending on how it is viewed. I would be considered a "straight photographer" in that once the image is registered on the film the only manipulation of image is restricted to cropping and contrast adjustment.
