Edyta Korupczyńska, made in Poland in the ’80s
Photography is my obsession, the camera is my mask, shield and weapon, keeps my hand when I'm afraid.
I got the first camera from my love – he gave me wings, then fate crossed my path with people who made me able to spread them.
I am passionate about documentary forms, broadly understood portrait and everyday life.
I am self-taught. The time is my most valuable teacher – it constantly gives me the opportunity to experience, to learn and to live through exceptional moments.
With the focus on continuous learning, I am constantly looking for new inspirations and always have a camera in my bag. Usually it’s Canon 7D with 50mm lenses or my beloved ZenitE with Helios44.
I have a Slavic, romantic nature, that’s why my photos have this melancholic note.
I am looking for inspiration in travels, life, people, books, films and music. Not to forget the world and everything it brings.
