Martin studied photography while at Amherst College, as well as at the International Center for Photography in New York, and at the Los Angeles Center of Photography, where she received her Fine Art Certificate. Her work has been exhibited in galleries in New York City, Los Angeles, Vermont, Colorado and Philadelphia, and at Photo Independent in Los Angeles, and Fotofever in Paris. In addition, she has been featured online at Lenscratch, PDN, and Onward Compe, and appeared in PDN Magazine.
