Born and raised in Slovakia, I moved to Vancouver, Bc after high school when I was 18. I started attending Emily Carr University in the Fall of 2014 and currently finished my second year as a photographer. In my program we are encouraged to work with analogue processes which I enjoy far more than digital photography. I absolutely love the process of developing my film, enlarging, scanning... it makes me feel more connected to my work. Apart of portraiture I also do a lot of documentary (or rather diary-like photography). I'm doing something with photography everyday, whether it's snapping photos with my point and shoot, reading literature on photography, watching documentaries or looking at other people's work.
