I live in Cologne, Germany, as a freelance photographer.
My basic idea:
Every discovery that I associate with a “strange” thought becomes a photo motif for me: the ordinary becomes a bizarre snapshot, a minor matter unintentionally funny - the new connection to the main motif.
The motifs of my series deal with the subject SUDDENLY ALONE. Partly taken during Lockdown due to covid-19. Places and areas normally visited by thousands of people could be photographed in a short moment of emptiness and silence – only with one person around.
