Born in Italy on December 6, 1982. I live and work between Buenos Aires (Argentina) and Genoa (Italy). Photojournalist and documentary photographer. Master degree in Anthropological and Ethnological Sciences. Former railroad worker.
My first photographic experiences began as self-taught photographer, and continued under the guidance of Douglas Beasley (Vision Quest Photographic Arts Center, Saint Paul, MN) and Clelia Belgrado (VisionQuesT Gallery, Genoa), simultaneously with the academic education as anthropologist.
Since I live in Argentina I started documenting complaints and conflicts in different areas of society. Especially I'm interested in gender issues, the great popular mobilizations due to the economic crisis, the struggles to big media monopolies, football as a cultural and political phenomenon.
I published on Il manifesto, WitnessJournal and Dinamopress (Italia); Tiempo Argentino y La Lengua (Argentina); Jornalistas Livres (Brasil).
