About Giulia Principe

Giulia is Italian-born and based in Amsterdam, where she works as a visual designer and VJ.
After studying photography and owning a dark room in Naples, she moves to the UK and enrolls at the London Film Academy in 2012 for Filmmaking.
Her love for editing brings her to the Netherlands to pursue a career in post-production and 3D graphics, followed the Game Design Diploma at SAE Institute in Amsterdam in 2014.
Before graduating, Giulia earns an internship with EMS Films as Concept and Storyboard Artist for the film documentary Holland: Natuur in de Delta.
In 2015, she joined the Local Makers team extending her knowledge to 3D printing and scanning, technical support and design.
Her freelance visual designer career as Juno Visuals begins in 2017, whilst teaching at SAE and operating VR experiences at the Eye Filmmuseum.
Today, exploring the relationship between analog and digital graphics, Giulia dives into Processing by turning her photography in pixel paintings.
