I grew up on a remote island in Alaska, where the wildness and the uniqueness of the land fed my avid imagination. I went on to study photography in Bozeman, Montana and then served in Peace Corps Madagascar. Most recently I hiked 2360 miles on the PCT. Exploration through travel and imagery is how I continue to learn about the world we inhabit and myself. That and eating shocking amounts of cheese remain my passions.
