I am a photographer, author and educator working at the crossroads of art, documentary and commercial photography. I was born and raised in Hungary, currently living in the United States. My work places human lives in a global context and makes us reflect on aspects of our shared histories and the importance of acknowledging commonalities, rather than highlighting boundaries between cultures, regions and contexts.
My writings and photographs have appeared in the Journal of Free Black Thought, Root Quarterly, Columbia Journal, the Caribbean Quarterly, The Caribbean Writer, The Marathon Literary Review, and The Haitian Times, among others. My photography has been acknowledged at various international competitions, and has been exhibited in Barcelona, and on Long Island, NY.
