After finishing her university studies in Central America and living in the Netherlands, Isabelle Thibault worked in Montreal in the advertising world, before devoting herself entirely to international development, particularly in Haiti. She has received training with National Geographic masters in the United States and in Canada. Multi-honored American documentary photographer Maggie Steber is her mentor.
