I grew up in a small Italian town near Milan, and I quickly developed a passion for photography and literature.
In 2013 I started a PhD at Columbia University, where I am currently teaching and writing my dissertation.
In my spare time, I take photographs of people and places I visit. I am currently working on a series of portraits of academics, and I am planning my first solo exhibit, to be held next year in New York City.
