I am a retired physician who left the metropolitan area and moved to the rural town of Delhi, NY 20 years ago. I spent the first 15 years painting urban scenes until six years ago when I started to photograph the area where I now live. It was an awakening for me. I remain untrained both as a photographer as a painter. I have greatly enjoyed the taking and processing of digital images. It is a very exciting and enriching artistic experience. And the Catskill landscape continues to have much more to offer.
