About Jalani Morgan

Jalani Morgan is a photographer and mentor in the greater arts community in Toronto. He currently is studying Visual Art and African Studies at York University. Morgan’s focus has been on African Diasporic representation and identity through his portrait work and most recently with his documentation of the Black Lives Matter movement. Over the past ten years Jalani has created pieces for: TEDxToronto, Daniel Spectrum Gallery, CONTACT photography festival and has contributed to exhibits at the Art Gallery of Ontario and abroad.
