I am a retired neuroimmunologist having spent my professional career looking for the cause and treatment for the disease Multiple Sclerosis. Retirement has afforded me the time to travel and connect with people from all over the world. As for photography, I consider myself a committed amateur. I have had the good fortune of having my work in several gallery shows in New Jersey, Colorado, New York, Massachusetts, and Austria. My travels to Africa over half a dozen trips in the last 5 years has resulted in the co-authorship of a children's book on wild animals and my teaching at a secondary school for girls in Morogoro, Tanzania.
