I have been a dedicated photographer ever since receiving a Minolta SLR and a basic darkroom kit for Christmas in 1977. Being an amateur has allowed me to photograph as I like, and I've enjoyed that freedom. Digital photograhy has allowed me to improve by allowing me to focus more time on subject matter and composition, but I am entirely self-taught and believe it is time to seek a review and critique of my images with the goal of further improving my art and craft.
