John Håkansson is a Swedish photographer and artist. He studied Photography at the University of Photography in Gothenburg and the Academy of Photography at Konstfack, Stockholm. He is interested in how we live and build in urban surroundings and the impact of humans on nature. Landscape and architecture are often motives. He has participated in several exhibitions, received grants, and published three books: Small: Mountains on Bam Boom Books, I närheten and Vita husen on Trema förlag.
