“I love painting with light!”
As a child Jono has always found himself to be art driven. Instead of playing outside with the other kids, founding interest in modeling, drawing, painting, theatrical and beauty makeup.
At 17, begins learning the art of Photoshop, spending the entire summer learning off the internet the art of photo manipulation. Not many wanting to pose in front of his point and shoot camera, Jono mainly practiced on self portraits. “I had the best selfies on myspace.” he recalls.
Jono then studied a variety of fields in the arts related to photography from art directing, digital retouching, studio lighting and portrait. And have learned how to actually use a camera and create things with light. After doing his homework and studied light then developed my own since of style based off of inspirations and my drawings. That of which he has continuously shooting and creating his own style of work.
Jono currently lives and shoots in Los Angeles, California.
