Jozef Danyi

Jozef Danyi was born in 1969. He lives and works in the picturesque town of Bruntál in the Czech Republic. As a self-taught photographer, he focuses primarily on portrait photography. His work can be summed up as briefly as an open screen, interesting light, oscillations between standard and modern poses of models, excellent arranging and sensitive composition, and to all this can be added a considerable amount of personal invention. He has been actively participating across international photographic salons since 2012. He represented the Czech Republic at the WPC, the World Photographic Cup, which was also co-organised by Federation of European Photographers (FEP). This Federation qualified him at the European Photographers EP in 2014 and consequently awarded him such title. He is an active member of the Czech Federation of Artistic Photography (ČFFU) and the International Federation of Photographic Arts (FIAP - Fédération Internationale de l’Art Photographique), which presented him with the title Excellence FIAP in 2017. Since 2020, he has been a member of following organisations - French CFA Affiliate Artist and Australian Artist Collective.
