Karni studied art and photography at Bezalel Academy of Art and Design,Jerusalem.
She works on film projects with her partner in a directing duo karni and Saul , at sulkybunny productions. Bristol uk.
Creating over 30 music videos commercials and stills dance films and 3 short films.
In 2010 Karni and Saul showcased their short film ” Turning” which was nominated for a BAFTA in 2011.
Their second short film “Flytopia” (completed in sep 2012) was commissioned by film4 .
Karni was Selected for Berlinale talent campus and was also part of the Elevator scheme with creative England.
Karnis image “home hair” was selected for hold-still exhibition of covid times at the national portrait gallery 2020.
Karni is currently documenting her family in lockdown, some featured in photo vogue Italia ….
Karni and Saul are working on a new Bfi commissioned short film called wild summon 2021.
