I am a Virginia-based portrait and landscape photographer. Photography has always been a hobby and a love; two years ago I was lucky enough to turn it into a full time business. I love nature. I love to hike, I love the mountains, and I love sunrises, sunsets, and all of the moments in between. But more than anything I love to capture these moments. Whether I’m photographing a flower or a family, I try to do more than just snap a picture; I try to freeze time, and capture something real. Something special. To me the best pictures aren’t the ones that are posed and perfect, but the ones that show a bit of personality. The ones that evoke emotion and convey what it was like to stand in that spot in that moment.
