Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. I picked up a camera about thirty five years ago, inspired by Gordon Parks and many other photographers. I started taking all of the family photos and videos. I worked for Corporate America for thirty years until retiring early due to a stroke and a brain tumor in 2001, the year the twin towers went down in New York. The year my life changed like so many others.
I relocated to North Carolina where I am now studying to be a professional portrait photographer.
