My name is Xin Li, and I hold a one-year certificate from the International Center of Photography. I was born in Shanghai, but when I was in kindergarten, I went to Hong Kong with my father for his work. I returned to Shanghai in the fourth grade of elementary school, but later went to the United States to study photography. Frequent transitions between different education systems were very painful for a child, but on the other hand, I could feel the differences between different ideologies more than ordinary Chinese people. I am very interested in observing ideologies, and currently, I am creating works related to historical events.
