Born and raised in Italy by an American mother and an Italian father I moved to San Francisco to study at a Waldorf school during middle school. I then moved back to Italy for my high school Scientific Lyceum years. After having graduated I went back to the Bay Area to attend university and study Global Environmental Sciences. While there I came in contact with photographer Macduff Everton who introduced me to the basics of photography. When I returned to my hometown in Florence I decided to attend a three year photography course at Accademia Italiana University in Partnership with the University of Whales. After my graduation in photojournalism I worked as an assistant with artists Nari Ward and Lee Jaffe. More recently I have collaborated with Linda Connor and Paolo Colaiocco. I am currently living in Slovenia and working as a freelance photographer.
