My name is Luana Lessa Martinez. I’m a brazilian photographer, architect and mother of 2 boys. I started to shoot in 2019 and since then I have been very dedicated to photography, studying, practicing in courses and also self-taught. I can’t see my life without my camera. I absolutely love this art and everything that comes with it, always learning, getting inspired, practicing, sharpening my senses, meeting people and creating bonds.
Photography for me is a way to relax and have fun. Behind my camera I connect with the environment and the situations I am in, and when I’m photographing, my world becomes just what I see through my eyes and lens.
I am co-founder and organizer of the non-profit project called "Photo Meetings Brazil". International virtual meetings about Photography, created at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, this group is represented by amateur and professional photographers from twenty-five countries so far. I have also participated in some collectives, partnerships and some national and international photography contests until today.
I wish people to see my perspective through photography, to analyze and recognize the different feelings and emotions shown in it, and I hope one day to be part of a project relevant to humanity.
