I am a story teller using Photography and Digital Media to create surreal images dealing with my personal anxieties.
I place my subjects in staged sets where they become characters in a world they don’t belong to. They are forced to stay there, but they are tired of performing. They are disconnected from their surroundings and even from themselves. They have growth apart and are longing for better times.
The sets are dark and they feel moody, with dramatic direct light on the characters, to separate them even more form these places they used to call home.
