Maria Tsalla is a Greek Photographer, born in 1991, currently based in Athens.
Travelling widely inside and outside Greece, to Europe and Latin America she has found artistic inspiration in Landscape photography, as well as urban and cultural photographic exploration.
Wide frame and deep perspective landscapes and seascapes, vivid and colourful flora portraits, paradox street scenes and spontaneous every day occurrences with a document-like character and a cinematic atmosphere, elegant architectural depictions, are all fundamental pieces of her personal narration.
A large part of her bodywork is dedicated to pictures from Greece that compose a puzzle of its unique beauty and culture within its diversities and contradictions.
Tsalla has been a passionate and restless artist for 10 years with photography being an integral part of her life.
